To make the village cleaner, you have to start cleaning the village itself: pick up trash, clean the garbage cans, remove leaves, burn branches, wash roads and walls, finally look after trees, bushes. By doing that you can make the village clean. But if you want to keep it clean you should look after the surroundings, keep a look out for trash lying around, cut the branches of trees and bushes once a year and so on and so forth.
These are the main actions that will make the village clean and continue to keep it clean. You should always look for ways to improve the village itself.
